Welcome to the adapted website which supports practice learning in Scotland.

The aims and objectives of the Scottish Practice Learning Project have been mainstreamed into the work of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and will be undertaken by members of the Regulation and Practice Learning Team.

This website reflects that change and will continue to pursue and support the practice learning agenda in the continued belief that practice learning is everybody’s business.

The SSSC will continue to sustain work in support of this still challenging agenda.

Through this website you can remain informed about current developments relating to practice learning. Its contents will reflect initiatives undertaken by stakeholders to put practice learning at the heart of developing a competent, confident and valued social services workforce.

The Regulation and Practice Learning Team will maintain the production of a practice learning newsletter and e-bulletin and current subscribers will continue to receive their copies.
